Pooja wanted a partner who lives abroad. The journey of togetherness for this couple started with Vysakh sending a request to Pooja and she soon accepted it. "Pooja's bubbly pictures caught my attention instantly and I glanced through her profile. She is well educated, which is one of the things I was looking for in a life partner," begins Vysakh.
How exciting was it to see the man of your dreams for the first time? I ask Pooja. "It was amazing. I was a little nervous but when I saw him, he looked handsome. He had a beautiful smile. I instantly fell for him and felt comfortable.
He was so eager to have a conversation and it was cute. He was talking and I was listening calmly as I felt shy. He is completely opposite to me," she says. The man adds, "It was like a casual meeting with friendly conversations. Before we met, we spoke over the phone and I found her to be caring and loving. She matched the expectations I had for my life partner."
Pooja admires the way Vysakh gives importance to her dreams. Vysakh is very supportive and values his wife who loves that his wife's positive attitude to life. During the quarantine, they played badminton, watching movies, and spent time with parents.
It was Pooja's first birthday with Vysakh, which both of them cherish. He was extremely excited and says, "I was in Australia at the time but all I wanted was to be with her. I planned to surprise her and so at midnight I was at her house with a cake. When she looked at me and went speechless. I could see the happiness in her eyes." The lady goes on to share how she felt on that day, "He was planning to come a few days later but I didn't know he would land for my birthday. He recorded my reaction when I saw him. I was shocked and extremely happy to see him. He gave me a hug and wished me with a cake and we celebrated the day together. It is the best moment of my life and I feel so lucky to have married Vysakh," concludes Pooja
Before moving on further, Ranjana urged to share something. But what was it? She started talking about some delightful memories from their courtship which was for one year. "The time we spent together during this period is always special to us as those are the days when bonded really well. Some family gatherings and our pre-wedding shoot got us even closer," she says. Souvik started laughing loudly and I wondered what happened? He says the reason behind his laugh was the memory of what happened on the wedding day. "Usually grooms reach early for the wedding, but what I did makes me laugh. I was two hours late to the wedding due to road block but Ranjana was also a bit late, and so we were sailing on the same boat," he giggles.
Wishing this couple a life filled with lots of happiness and love!
