Its all 'bout my honeymoon

I am surprisingly so very fine after 2 weeks of busy house shifting followed by the 'Sun dipped honeymoon' that we had at the Hilton Head Island.

It was a gorgeous island of beaches n dolphins. Its not only the beauty of the island which made me to write about it but also some of the incredible activities that we did there, which most of the honeymooners wouldn't possibly have thought about!!! One other reason for me writing about our trip is also because of my dad who still believes that his 'lil gal' is out on excursion rather than a honeymoon!

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights at The Marriot beach resort. We choose a beach resort because we decided not to jest sit back in our room and relax but to 'freak out' ..... and in the end we realized we had nothing but FUN..;)

I learnt to play table tennis from Ohms, my darling husband, during these days and also became a good swimmer well at the same time got myself sun kissed all over...:(We began our honeymoon with a 'Sunset Cruise' that would take us around the island filled with dolphins that were found only in pairs jumping here n there and various other beauties that glowed in the sunset....including us!

The second day we began exploring the island and we went on in this mind-blowing ride, the 'Wave Runner', it's a high speed bike that runs or rather flies in the water. I was at the back of Ohms when he rode the bike.

We were riding at nearly 50 mph on the ocean in a tiny bike that would toggle off without a hassle when hit by a medium sized wave...it was terrific to see the dolphins jumping rite next to us.....Gosh! I screamed... not very sure whether outta joy or fright....;)

On the whole it made up our day.....later we loosened ourselves a bit in the warm indoor pool and also in the jocose, that gives u massage at the rite places! That night we watched MI3....movie was good but I liked Tom better!

Then on the third day we decided that we had enough of adventures so we rented bicycles and did a peaceful ride at the sunny shore. It was during that ride we witnessed a live shark caught by a group of brave soles.... who happened to fish it just for the sake of fun n later let it go into water again....Mann! it almost caught the hand of one of the catcher.

It was also on the third day that we moved to the room with an ocean front view...Pooh! it was worth paying almost triple the time we did for the island view. The sight of watching nothing but the vast stretch of ocean in front of us was breathtaking...the view from our deck on the 7th floor was incomparable....its where we had the days lunch with beer for the Gentleman n martini for Lady...;)

After lunch we rented an Umbrella with 2 seats and eased off at the shore listening to soft music that was played at the background....Watta a life it is to jes sit back n relax in a warm beach with your sole mate and together looking at the kids playing around with sand and water...we couldn't wait any longer to jump into the cool water at the beach and joined the kids in their fun...later with salt and mud all over, what else is more appealing than to get ourselves cleaned in a pool of clear water...:)

We had dinner at a Thai restaurant....the food was amazing...more like our Indian food which is one of the things we miss out here.

Later that night, which was our last night at the island, was spent as a night of remembrance. At our room deck, holding each other in one hand and a glass of wine in another...we listened to the waves coming from the moon lit sea... cud anything get more romantic here!...it was indeed a night we cud never forget.

On the last day, Ohms woke me up at 6 in the morning to see the sun rise. I got up muttering but stopped open jawed at the picturesque sight of the rising sun ...it was enough to brighten up the whole day. We ran up to the sea to get more close to the beauty of nature ...we got ourselves drenched in it.

We then had a quick game of TT after which we started to pack up and get ready to leave....:(( So together with all the bright and beautiful moments of those 4 terrific days, we headed for the exit.

I was delighted again when Ohms mentioned about shopping we were gonna make while going back, jes to materialize the thoughts of our incredible honeymoon .;)

So, how did you like it....???

Well it may seem a bit silly or you may feel itz no big deal but the secret behind the true happiness and beauty lies only when spent with ur loved ones.....even the most trivial may appear a BIG deal then.....;))

keep lovin n hav fun
